Making Category:A a subcategory to Category:Texts means that you cannot have a Category:A for, say, Tunes as in the Classic site. While I realize the canonical definition of a hymn gives preference to incipits, it seems to me it would be preferable to categorize with Category:Texts_A etc. Category:A would then be better served with a disambiguation page. --Leland Bryant Ross 20:09, 24 April 2008 (GMT)

I am text-driven person, so I automatically think of hymns as being classified by first lines. Since tune pages are separate articles, then can be linked later on to a Tunes_A category; I would rather leave the letter categories for the first lines. Mostly, I was unhappy with the way it was indexing and displaying. -stb+
